Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

Eligibility for Returns:
- Items must be returned within 3 days of delivery.
- Returns are accepted only for the following valid reasons:
- The product is unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.
- Fabric Issues: The fabric is bad quality or not as described.
- Damaged Product: The product arrives damaged or defective.
- Incorrect Item: The item received is different from what was ordered (wrong size, color, or design).
- Incomplete Order: Items are missing from the package.
- Note: A proper unboxing video is mandatory for processing returns. Ensure the video starts with the sealed package and clearly shows the issue.

Non-Returnable Items:
- Sale items(if others), gift cards, and custom-made products are non-returnable.
Return/Exchange Process

Once approved, ship the product to the return address provided.

After verification, we will exchange the product with another item of your choice (subject to stock availability).
Refund Policy

Cancellation Policy

Orders cannot be canceled once confirmed via call or WhatsApp.
